MP Twister: Spring locking loop tool to spin materials, CDC or hackle. Use with the Magic tool set, comes with easy winding handle. I like this tool for tying czech nymphs, as I can put both the body and thorax into the loop at one time then twist and complete the fly in a few turns of my NorVise.  The spring closing feature also helps when you want to trim one side of the material in the loop before finishing the fly.
