Hey, Doug and Ken I went out Thanksgiving Late Morning to fish Dam #2 falls. Hearing fish were being caught and released there sparked my interest. Approching the stream there before me was a bait fisherman cleaning his limit of rainbows (6). I made a few casts got snagged, went up on the falls to unsnag my newly tied Zonker and another fly fisherman came up and jumped in my spot at the bottom of the falls. Not a good start, trying to keep my chin up I headed up stream to do some exploring. There before me was a nice deep bend in the creek and once again there's the same bait guy fishing. I hiked further up steam and then went home. Im hitting the Cape May Rips Sat. for stripers. The IR Back Bay also has been producing lots of schollies the past couple weeks.
