Holiday reports continue to indicate the willingness for fish to cooperate, with many smallies reported on a variety of surface flies, weighted weenies and buggers.  Personally I found the cooler overnight temps to be moderating the water temp in the mid 60's and trout activity was improving.  Start to stock your box with and fish streamers as the trout are beginning to chase them as the hatch and terrestrial activity slows.  Best patterns for me this holiday week  -  Light Edson Tiger, Black Ghost and Grey Ghost all in size 12 or larger.
