Water conditions were high and dirty this morning, but I saw the stocking truck parked at Thompsons bridge in DE this morning.  Since I have talked to no one that actually helped stock, my guess is that the fish were bridge dumped due to the high water and potentially dangerous wading conditions.  More later as I learn the facts.
