The White Clay Creek, a Delaware River in PA is clearing up from the recent rain events. A red and yellow streamer was a good fly this morning, as a few rainbows were fooled. I had a short outing as I taught a class before the store openned. A few fishers from NJ joined me as I left today. Since the DH section of the stream is the only open water in PA until April 3rd, I suspect we will continue to have some additional pressure until opening day.

Re: Clearing up
This is my first year having fished the MBWCC. I have caught two beautiful browns this year so far but have only ever caught rainbows on the east branch. Why is that?
