The fishing has been very productive.  Reports from the Octorora Creek in PA have been very positive even with higher than normal water conditions.  The White Clay Creek in PA is delivering a number of big catches.  Note: DE and MD are closed till their respective opening days April 3 and Mar 27.  I understand that a number of fishers received warnings for fishing "out of season".
