The White Clay Creek, a Delaware River in PA is running about twice the normal flow and looking quite tainted after yesterdays rain event.  The snowy ground  conditions are improving,  but icy areas along the bank make approaches to the water dangerous &  slippery.  Suggest studding your boots for  the next week or so.  The fish were hard to find, although I was able to take one rainbow on an Edson Tiger Dark size 10 streamer fished tight to the bank.  We are in for another snow event according to the weather report.  Let's hope it moves north and we maintain fishable stream conditions for a while.  We will soon have a first spring state stocking so fishing should improve with the addtion of more fish.  Don't forget you can find license information under the "Our Friends" heading on the blog page.
