The White Clay Creek is open along much of its length if you can get to it.  Parking has improved with state lots open after plowing in PA.  Find my footsteps and follow them into the creek to make it an easier trudge.  Today accounted for two trout taken on a gooey minnow freshly tied last evening.  The fish are waiting for you, just show up.
