I am still unable to wade today, but two first class fishers, Captn. Frank D & Roy M report catching fish today in the DE fly section of the White Clay Creek today. Water levels were about 130 cfs and the successful fly reported was a birds nest bead head nymph. Silty condition still exist but the fish were welcoming according to my friend Carlos fishing the DH in PA. Best fly was a size 10 hare's ear with a zebra midge trailer.
