Fished with my new friend Sean this morning on the White Clay Creek in PA. Very tough conditions with wind gusting to 40 mph, yet we were able to hook a few and land a few fish. The browns fell for a golden retriever and the brookie wanted the nymph head green caddis emerger. In fact it broke my line for a palm beach release. Tomorrow is slated for less wind although still cold. Water temp was 36 and the cold 16 degree air left ice in the guides and on the line exposed to long to the wind.
