The air was 19 degrees and the water was 36 degrees this morning at 7:15 on the White Clay Creek , a Delaware River. Streamers (Shenks white streamer size 10) are still producing and the rainbows were kinda chunky. The cold will chill your bones so be sure to cover exposed skin and try to keep your hands dry- even when releasing fish.
