Well, we are days away from the Holiday Season.  I am sure some of you are feeling the affects of it already.  I am definitely no scrooge when it comes to holidays, but the lists, the commitments, and added tasks can run you down.  Don't forget to recharge; not only you'll feel better, but the poeple around you will also.  Take time to get outside and spend time on the water. I know that is easier said than done, I'm as guilty as anyone.

I will rehash some fall fishing recommendations.  When working your streamers, work the entire section of water you are fishing and change up on the speed you work your flies.  Pay attention to the fish behavior (if you see no fish, that is a behavior; their in their safe spots so work every nook and cranny).  Change you fly color from darker to lighter and vise versa, especially in clear water.

Nymphs and eggs: they really have to be bouncing off the bottom.  If you don't like doing that, work soft hackles, either tiny or big (it's harder fishing but can be productive).

OK, back to the holiday spirit.  Starting Tuesday/Wednesday, Ken and I will be carrying special "season spirit" coupons.  These will be for varying amounts and will be govern as the spirit moves us.  They will be given out at our discretion at any time any where.  Their value will be dictated by the observed season spirit of the recipient, acts of kindness, and need.

Also, for those of you who are going to the WCFF Christmas Party, just like last year, spend $20.00 on your gift and you'll get $5.00 off (to keep to the $15.00 cut off).
