On good information I fished the dam below London Tract Bridge on the White Clay Creek in PA.  The leafs are already starting to fall with leaf litter interfering with your casts on the water, but the smallmouth were fooled easily today on leaf hoppers (Jasid) size 14/16/18.  Both yellow wing and blue winged leaf hoppers were effective today.  I was giddy with the catch today!
