The WCC in the PA DH section continues to fish well even as the stream flow has fallen to 47 cfs slightly lower than the mean flow of 67 cfs for this time of the season. The water has cleared and you can see the fish - and they can see you, so stay back and use a stealthy approach for best success.  I continue to have good success with the dry/emerger sulfur today.  The midges were hatching all morning and I saw a few caddis dancing near and under overhangs.  Stop by the store and ask me about the daily tally today - it was impressive!  And as a good steward they were all released to fight again another day.
