Had a late afternoon Sunday on the WCC on the DH in PA.  Had the whole creek to myself.  Caught quite a few fish on the top using crane fly imitations.  The water temp is up to 53 degrees from our latest arly "heat wave". and the bug activity is increasing.  Adult midges (trico), tan and brown caddis size 16/18 and baetis nymphs - PT with & w/o flashbacks are also working.
