Fished the DH section of the White Clay Creek in PA. The fly of choice today was a small midge larvae size 20 and a zug bug size 14/16. Get it on the bottom and the fish were cooperating. Lots of fish and cooperative today. The water temp this morning at 8:00 am was 41 degrees - and slightly cloudy from the rain event last night. The White Clay Creek flyfishing section in Delaware was float stocked today thanks to helpers. Ed, Sam, Jimmy, and his crew and Mark C who manages to arrange the stocking. Additional stockings are scheduled for tomorrow 10:30 am starting at the Chambers Rock Road parking lot. Understand that the DE fishing season opens this Sat 4/6 so with the stocking today , Tues and Fri this week there will be plenty of fish in the creek for the openning. Good luck to all.
