The White Clay Creek in both Delaware and PA is partially frozen and snow covered, so today is a good day to tie flies!  Hope the conditions in the latter part of this week (high in the 40's) has a positive effect and helps free up some of the water so we can feed those fish some imitations again.

 watch out for other winter fishers
