Fished the White Clay Creek, a Delaware River, in the Delaware bait section again today.  This time below Wedgewood Road.  The fish were bunched up and fell for a Golden Demon streamer, an Edson Tiger streamer and a golden retriever.  Didn't have to move far once I found them as there were a number of fish in the "hole" and they were acting a little competative for the offerings.  Nice size fish with fat bellies.  Thanks to Delaware Trout Assn for stocking such nice trophies this late in the season.  They have extended my passion into the cold days of autumn.  I can't remember such a great year of fishing as this year.  The fish were bigger and the staggering of the stockings in Delaware, PA, & MD have made for consistant fishing.  If you're not hunting you should be fishing and taking advantage of the opportunities to catch some nice fish.
